- 18K BIS Hallmarked gold
- Natural diamonds
- Authentic gemstones
3. User Obligations
You agree:

- Not to engage in fraudulent transactions
- Not to misuse the Platform
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in gold and diamond markets.
5. Delivery
Once final payment has been made, the product will be shipped within 2 working days, and it will be delivered to you within 7 working days after that.
6. Intellectual Property
All content (designs, images, logos) belongs exclusively to the Company.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays caused by third-party logistics
- Technical errors beyond our control
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from misuse of the Platform.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
11. Jurisdiction

Return Policy – Mansa Jewellery

At Mansa Fine Jewellery, we maintain strict quality standards for all our products. However, we offer limited returns under the conditions mentioned below:
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused
- The product must be returned in original packaging
- All certificates, tags, and invoices must be intact
- The product should not show any signs of use, damage, or alteration
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or made-to-order jewellery
- Engraved or personalised items
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at orders@mansajewellery.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Order ID
- Images/videos of the product
- Once your return request has been approved, our logistics partner will pick up the product from you within 7 working days.
5. Quality Check
All returned products will undergo a quality inspection. Returns will only be accepted if the product passes this inspection.
6. Refund / Exchange
- If approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange (subject to availability)
7. Reverse Shipping
- Reverse shipping may be arranged by us or guided to the customer
- The Company reserves the right to deduct shipping charges if applicable
8. Right to Refuse
Mansa Fine Jewellery reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with this policy.
